Improve accessibility for People Picker, drop-down combo box and calendar controls

We have some people in our organization that use assistive technologies such as JAWS. We've found that they are having challenges when interacting with customized list forms with Nintex in SharePoint Online that have certain types of controls.

• aria labels are not being generated for the People Picker fields resulting in assistive technology reading the field in a generic way. This prevents a user from knowing what data is expected in the field.

• Calendar control cannot be used via keyboard when date field is blank
